 Firearms and Ammunition Transfer Terms
All Federal Firearms License (“FFL”) transactions shall be processed exclusively through an authorized FFL dealer. A transfer fee of $: will be added to the purchaser's invoice for each firearm transferred. All purchasers are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, possession, and ownership of firearms and ammunition in the state of their legal residence.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any firearm and at least 18 years of age to purchase any ammunition. A valid government-issued photo identification shall be required at the time of ammunition pickup.
All out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an authorized FFL dealer within the purchaser's state of residence. All shipping costs, transfer fees, and any other associated expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
